Questions couples ask us
A 50% deposit reserves your date at signing, and the balance is due one week before the wedding. Deposits are handled simply via Zelle once you’ve reviewed the contract.
Your videographer is assigned about two months out and reaches out directly by text to introduce themselves and plan the day. Every shooter is a local associate working to the same standard Daniel sets.
Full photo galleries and your highlight film are delivered within one week. Add the optional Week-Of Instagram Reel and you’ll have a ~45-second teaser in about three days.
Always. You pick the songs, and you can request unlimited corrections for up to three months after delivery. It’s finished when it feels right to you.
No travel fees anywhere within our five service areas. Rescheduling is free as long as it’s more than two months before your date; changes inside two months may carry a fee.
Yes. Every booking includes a written contract, and a certificate of insurance is available on request for venues that need one.
Our two-camera + audio setup covers the ceremony from multiple angles. Additional dedicated shooters can be added — just ask when you inquire.
